  • Asbestos,gypsum,wooden particles ,PVC or any kind of synthetic fiber is not included in its content.
  • Does not effected from thermal variations and different climate conditions with its not having any wooden particle in its content.
  • Resistant to atmospherical conditions due to the raw materials in its mixture and autoclave curing,
  • Completely comprised of natural materials, environmentally healty ,nature and human friend,odorless , does not contain any harmful material or produce any kind of harmful gas for human health,
  • Waterproof,water absorption capacity is lower than concrete constructed buildings,
  • Safely can be used in high humid climates,low absorption rate(max.0.5 mm/m when exposed to water for 24 hours.),does not effected from sea water moisture,can be safely used in external claddings of seaside constructions,
  • Resistant to external impacts and clashes,
  • Light and easy to carry(8 mm thick board weights 10.4 kg/m2)
  • Appropriate material for heat and sound insulation ,
  • Rotproof ,theoratically everlasting life period if appropriate care has supplied,
  • Everlasting,maintenance is not required,
  • Not avaliable shelter for insects,which are also harmful for trees
  • Acrylic exterior facade paints and plastic based inner facade paints can easily be applied like in normal building painting process because of its cement and silicate companents inside,
  • Warm appearance on the building with its wooden (cedar) texture ,but phsically much more advantegeous features to wood.
