THE GENERAL TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS OF THE MODULAR SYSTEM PRE-MANUFACTURED LIGHT PREFABRICATED BUILDINGS

 
 

PLAN :Pre-manufactured light prefabricated buildings can be applied to any accomodation plan in multiplication of 100-125 cm in width and length according to the utilization purpose.All prefabricated constructions are made up from the modulation of 4 different panels.The heaviest part (1 unit 125 cmx250 cm for exit door panel) of the buildings are comprised of filled wall panel,wall panel with window,transom wall panel,wall panel with door , is weighting 90 kg.The panel dimensions are 1000/1250 mm *2500/3000 mm. Buildings with panel system are demountable and are designed to allow an easy dismantling and also erection for several times.All architectural and statical calculations are prepared by our technical department by using SAP 2000 ,X-Steel,Strucad and Autocad programmes.

TECHNICAL DATAS: All statical calculations are prepared with respect to the snow load,wind load,seismic datas,climate conditions of the construction erection area.In our standart production manner ;

snow load :80 kg/m2,wind load:102 km/hour,effective ground acceleration coefficient:A0=0.40 (1 st degree seismic zone).Our products have been manufactured in accordance with 3 th climate zone.

FOUNDATION : Concreting shall be in accordance with the plan (foundation dimensions)which was supplied by our company,PREFABRİK YAPI. The building will be fixed to the concrete foundation by using anchoranges or steel wall plugs.Raft foundation with iron or steel wire mesh flooring should be provided.

INNER AND EXTERNAL WALLS: Inner and external wall panels can be manufactured according to the construction content as follows;

EXTERNAL AND INTERNAL WALL PANELS

Group 1-a) 6 CM THICK PRESS PANEL
 

60 mm thick press panels are produced by pressing 44 mm thick expanded polystrene foam(10-12 kg/m3), insulation in between 8x1250x2500 mm sized,non-combustible,Fiber Cement(HEKİMBOARD brandmarked,DIN 4102-2 A2 Class) boards by using time and load controlled hydrolic press machines. The heat insulation value of the wall panels are equal to the heat insulation value of 52 cm thick ,brick wall completed with inner-external plaster(TS 4563).The heat transmission coefficient of wall panels is K: 0,64 Kcal/m2hC

 

Group 1-b) 6 CM THICK CARCASED PANEL
 

60 mm thick carsed systemed panels are produced by 44 mm thick expanded polystrene foam insulation(10-12 kg/m3) in between 20x44x1.2 mm sized box profile , C or U profile ,which covered by 1000x2500x8 mm sized ,non- combustible,Fiber Cement(HEKİMBOARD brandmarked,DIN 4102-2 A2 Class) boards via steel sheet screws.

The heat insulation value of the wall panels are equal to the heat insulation value of 52 cm thick ,brick wall completed with inner-external plaster(TS 4563)The heat transmission coefficient of wall panels is

K: 0,64 Kcal/m2hC  

Wall panels can be manufactured from 60 mm thick to 340 mm in accordance with techninal datas and climate conditions.If required,wooden texture can be applied for smooth, non-combustible, Fiber Cement(HEKİMBOARD brandmarked,DIN 4102-2 A2 Class) boards or for inner surfaces and ceilings slide covering can be applied.
Group 2) SYSTEM MODULAR CONSTRUCTIONS
Group 2-a) Furnace painted galvanized steel sheet covered modular constructions(bolted system)
 



EXTERNAL WALL PANELS:

100 mm thick bolted type external wall panels are produced by 60 mm thick expanded polystrene foam insulation(10-12 kg/m3) in between 30x50x2 mm sized box profile or 50x50x1.5 mm sized U or C profile ,which covered by 1000x2500x0.75 mm sized ,30 mm roll depth,RAL 9002 (broken white in color)electrostatic powder coated galvanized trapezoidal sectioned steel sheet as exterior surface of external wall panels and 1000x2500x10 mm sized slide covered,non- combustible,Fiber Cement(HEKİMBOARD brandmarked,DIN 4102-2 A2 Class) boards as interior surface of external wall panels via steel sheet screws.In total 90 mm thick insulation material is used in the external wall panel with its trapezoidal gaps(60+30 mm=90 mm).15 mm thick wooden half batten used in between trapezoidal sectioned steel sheet and box profile carcase to prevent heat bridge. The heat insulation value of the wall panels are equal to the heat insulation value of 68 cm thick ,brick wall completed with inner-external plaster(TS 4563).The heat transmission coefficient of wall panels is K: 0,50 Kcal/m2hC



INTERNAL WALL PANELS:

70 mm thick bolted type internal wall panels are produced by 50 mm thick expanded polystrene foam insulation(10-12 kg/m3) in between 30x50x2 mm sized steel carcase ,which covered by 1000x2500x10 mm sized slide covered,non- combustible,Fiber Cement(HEKİMBOARD brandmarked,DIN 4102-2 A2 Class) boards as interior surface of internal wall panels via steel sheet screws.

The heat transmission coefficient of wall panels is K: 0,58 Kcal/m2hC

Group 2-b) Fiber Cement Board Covered Bolted Type Modular Buildings ;
 

EXTERNAL AND INTERNAL WALL PANELS

70 mm thick bolted type wall panels are produced by 50 mm thick expanded polystrene foam insulation(10-12 kg/m3) in between 30x50x2 mm sized box profile or 50x50x1.5 mm sized U or C profiled carcase ,which covered by 1000x2500x10 mm sized,non- combustible,Fiber Cement (HEKİMBOARD brandmarked,DIN 4102-2 A2 Class) boards via steel sheet screws.Internal wall surfaces are comprised of slide covered,non- combustible,Fiber Cement(HEKİMBOARD brandmarked,DIN 4102-2 A2 Class) boards. The heat insulation value of the wall panels are equal to the heat insulation value of 60 cm thick ,brick wall completed with inner-external plaster(TS 4563).

The heat transmission coefficient of wall panels is K: 0,56 Kcal/m2hC

If required wooden texture can be applied for smooth surfaced non- combustible,Fiber Cement(HEKİMBOARD brandmarked,DIN 4102-2 A2 Class) boards.

Group 3)

Multi Floored And Multi Spanned Modular Buildings Covered In The Site Area,

 

The system is comprised of the construction system with all the load bearing elements which are made up from galvanized steel sheets including completion of all the covering elements and insulation materials, in the site area by using seamless technology.Non- combustible,Fiber Cement (HEKİMBOARD brandmarked,DIN 4102-2 A2 Class) boards can be used as covering materials, Non- combustible,TURKSIDING brandmarked lap sidings as external claddings , all other construction materials used in curtain walls and traditional construction system can also be applied to the existing system.This system allows to produce any kind of required architectural designs within the building.

   
 
 

WALL JOININGS:

 
 
Group 1) Galvanized H profiles specially rolled by Rollform machine.PVC cap will be fixed to H profiles which placed external surface of the exterior walls to prevent rust/oxidation.
 
Group 2)

Bolted connection elements ,will be connected with PVC H profiles inside and galvanized pressed zores section outside in between two panels .

 
   
 
  DOOR JOINERIES  
 

External doors have galvanized steel sheet frames with expanded polystrene foam insulation in between 0.55 mm thick ,film covered,RAL 9002 (Broken white) furnace painted steel sheets. Internal doors are galvanized framed mdf-slide press doors.Aluminium doors,PVC doors,American panel doors or laminated doors can be produced according to the design content or request.

 
  WINDOW JOINERIES  
 

All the windows have galvanized steel sheet frames with PVC based window and vent-sash joineries.

Group 1-a) Press Panelled Constructions:

Vent sash sizes: 1210 x 500 mm

Group 1-b) Carcase Panelled Constructions:
Window sizes:800 x 1200 mm
vent sash sizes: 600 x 400 mm

  GLASS  
 

4 mm thick single layered glass for window frames,frosted glass for vent sash frames.4+9+4 mm thick double glazing is also optional.

 
 

LOAD BEARING SYSTEM:

 
 

GROUP 1) Fiber Cement Board Covered Modular Buildings :Load bearing system is made up from box profile,C or U profile roof trusses and H profile columns which are specially rolled by rollformer machine.Roof trusses,all load bearing system and joining parts are comprised of galvanized steel sheets. Sided Zores section,over panel zores section,window subframes,forehead edge covering material,forehead covering material and bottom eave covering materials are made of PVC to prevent rust/oxidation and sweating Sided Zores section,over panel zores section,window subframe,forehead sheet shall be made of metal in accordance with the building structure. Steel truss in 125 cm intervals along the building

GROUP 2) Bolted System Modular Constructions : Bearing system and trusses are made up from box profile,C or U profile carcase.Galvanized bolts and nuts will be used for connections.Steel truss in 200 cm intervals along the building..Roof truss,all bearing system and connection parts are comprised of galvanized steel sheets.

GROUP 1) Fiber Cement Board Covered Modular Buildings: U and C sectioned chassis bended by sheet over box profile grid and 16 mm thick, non- combustible Fiber Cement (HEKİMBOARD brandmarked,DIN 4102-2 A2 Class) boards as floor covering in intermediate level for multi-story buildings.

GROUP 2) Bolted System Modular Constructions : U and C sectioned chassis bended by sheet over box profile grid ,0.50 mm thick natural galvanized trapezoidal steel sheet and 40 mm thick expanded polystrene foam (26 kg/m3) as insulation material with 10 mm +10 mm thick, non- combustible Fiber Cement (HEKİMBOARD brandmarked,DIN 4102-2 A2 Class) boards as floor covering in intermediate level for multi-story buildings.The intermediate chassis will be mounted as a platform.Column and beam system in 2 m intervals.

Stairs,stair landings,steps and railings are comprised of steel sheets.Wooden stairs can be produced as optional if required.

 
 

CEILING COVERINGS:

 
 

GROUP 1) Fiber Cement Board Covered Modular Buildings: PVC H profiles with metal reinforcement for ceiling connections to prevent rust/oxidation.150 mmx150 mm PVC culvert in the ceiling to prevent sweating

GROUP 2) Bolted System Modular Constructions : T-pressed,RAL 9002 (broken white) electrostatic powder painted profiles for ceiling connections. 6 mm thick, non- combustible Fiber Cement (HEKİMBOARD brandmarked,DIN 4102-2 A2 Class) boards as ceiling coverings.

80 mm thick glass wool insulation as ceiling insulation material.

Ceiling heat transmission coefficient K:0.38 Kcal/m2hC

N on- combustible Fiber Cement (HEKİMBOARD brandmarked,DIN 4102-2 A2 Class)slided boards can also be used as ceiling coverings .

 
 

ROOF COVERINGS:

 
 

GROUP 1) Fiber Cement Board Covered Modular Buildings: 0 . 45 mm thick galvanized trapezoidal sectioned steel sheets or corrugated boards over wooden purlins with 20 cm eave and valley channel.Roof covering will be fixed to the wooden purlins by using galvanized nails with plastic gaskets.

GROUP 2) Bolted System Modular Constructions: 0 . 55 mm thick galvanized trapezoidal sectioned steel sheets over purlin profiles with 40 cm eave without valley channel.Roof covering will be fixed to the purlin profiles by using drilled bit screws with plastic gaskets.

Polyurethane panels,painted galvanized section steel sheets,bardolin,and roof tiles can be also used in accordance with the request.

 
 

PAINTING:

 
 

GROUP 1) Fiber Cement Board Covered Modular Buildings: 2 layers of silicone based outer face paint for external surfaces and 2 layers of plastic based inner face paint for inner surfaces and ceilings.

No painting is required for internal and ceiling coverings in case of using slide covered boards.Roof trusses,all load bearing system and connections parts are comprised of galvanized steel sheets and no painting required for these parts.Electrostatic powder paints are applied to the productions where paintings required.

GROUP 2) Bolted System Modular Constructions: Electrostatic powder coated, RAL 9002

(broken white) paintings will be applied for external facade,door and window frames,ceiling profiles,sided zores sections(inside-outside) , lower eave steel sheets, forehead steel sheets, edges,skirting steel sheets.

No painting is required for internal and ceiling coverings in case of using slide covered boards. Roof trusses,all load bearing system and connections parts are comprised of galvanized steel sheets and no painting required for these parts.Electrostatic powder paints are applied to the productions where paintings required.

 
 

ELECTRICAL AND SANITARY INSTALLATION:

 
 

Antigron cables and PVC conduits are used in the electical installation.Sanitary and electical installations are done over the plaster.Electrical installation is designed to allow for 220 V ,50 Hz with 3x2.5 mm2 NYM for socket cables and 2x1.5 mm2 NYM for lighting cables.In usual areas flourescent lighting,in wet volumes and over the exit door globe armatures will be supplied.PPRC pipes will used for clean water and PVC pipes for waste water in the sanitary installation within the building.Vitrous armatures (lavatories,taps,water closets,shower trays,kitchen counter) will be supplied by our company.The installations can be done under the plaster according to the design content and request.

Constructions excludes any kind of infrastructures,floor coverings,heating and chilling installations and includes electrical and sanitary installations,paintings with glasses as turnkey project.If required electrical and sanitary installation with its armatures,paintings,glasses can be excluded or packaged delivery is also possible.
