Cabin Production Capacity :

Our company is one of the leading cabin producers in the world, with the capacity of 55,000 m2 container production, 30,000 m2 sandwich panel cabin and also 40,000 m2 polyester cabin at 30,000 m2 total area- 14,000m2 closed area.

Polyester cabin and Modular System cabin Production Type :

All the panels consisting Modular cabin System, are produced from polyester reinforced with glass fiber material, by double wall and injecting solid polyurethane foam. Because of these specifications, cabin systems have extraordinary heat and noise isolation. Panels consisting modular cabins are easily washed and cleaned, because they are reinforced with glass fiber polyurethane panels. They do not corrode or rust. Because of the materials used at production of cabin, they are light and also safe and strong. Modular system cabin and polyester cabin production is made serial.

Modular System cabin and Polyester cabin installed to the Ground :

10 cm height concrete block is placed at the ground where cabin installation is made. And the cabin is installed to this concrete easily, from its ears with bolts and nuts.

Cabin Window and Door System :

Modular system cabin and polyester cabin window and door joineries are from aluminium. cabin glazing is 5 mm thick autoglazing with temper. This way provides heat and noise isolation and also makes the cabin more strong and long life.

Electrical System of Polyester Cabin :

cabin electrical system is protected with automated short circuit protected fuse, socket keys, cable systems and lighting armatures are in TSE standards and made of qualified products.

Standard Colors at production of Cabin :

Standardly produced cabin color is off white. However, due to request and special usage areas, different colors of cabins are produced.

Polyester WC and Shower Cabin Technical Specifications :

As at the other cabin, there is clean water and waste water systems at the WC and Shower cabins,which are produced from polyurethane solid foam and reinforced glass fiber (CPT) material. This system is hid under the cabin, by heightening from inside. There are Standard accesories in the cabin which are: mirror, wash basin, WC(western and eastern type), toilet paper hanger, soap dish and aspirator. cabin floor tiling is ceramic and electrical system is produced as it is at Standard production.
