Zorlu Center Project

Prefabrik Yapi Inc. has been preferred for Mobilization Buildings of Zorlu Center Project

Akturk Construction Industry and Trade. Inc. has been the contractor company Zorlu Center Project which is one of the most prestigious projects in İstanbul.

According to the agreement signed with Aktürk Construction, manufacturing and assembly of all constructions as part of mobilization Project will be carried out by Prefabrik Yapı Inc.

During construction period which will start in April 2009, it is scheduled to employ totally 3.000 personnel, the 150 employers of them will work as technical staff.

The Project qualifies as a comprehensive camp Project including dining hall, accommodation, education hall, storehouse, ready house has been projected as one, two and three storeyed constructions.

The pre-production of around 500 pieces special designed containers in sizes of 3m*7m / 3m*12m and 300m² light steel constructions will be carried out in factory and the assembly will be completed in work site in four moths' period.

With regard to the project which will take approximately three years, Zorlu Group and Aktürk Construction display sensitivity to a lot of criteria especially manufacturing, product, assembly, quality of workmanship, worker's health and safety.

Prefabrik Yapı Inc., which is the pioneer company in its sector with the innovative and high technology, experience, the quality of materials and workmanship; domestic and abroad projects, has added a new one to its reference list by taking place in such a prestigious project.

Zorlu Center is the project including 5 different functions..

One of the important parts of the project which has been designed by Tabanlıoğlu Architecture-Emre Arolat Architecture Joint Adventure Group, is a large-scaled concert hall promotes cultural life in Istanbul. It is planned to get Zorlu Center Project ready in time for 2010 European Capital of Culture. In this project, social and cultural performances come into prominence.

The project aimed to shape real estate sector with the feature of ‘'multi-purpose use'' by including 5 different functions, which is the first time in Turkey, such as conference halls, concert halls, museums and libraries as social and cultural structures besides hotel, business center and residence. By beginning foundation improvement, the project is scheduled to complete social and cultural shopping and business centers in the end of 2010 and hotel and residences in 2011.
