We are establishing living areas of 28.000 m2 in Iraq.

As Prefabrik Yapı A.Ş. we are establishing prefabricated buildings in Iraq by accelerating our restructuring activities through business partnerships that we have established with our domestic and foreign customers. In this context, we are setting up prefabricated buildings also in surrounding areas, and continue providing our services through our container products, as well.
As the final Project, we have completed the Salman Pak Camp Project, which has a total area of 28.000 sqm and will serve 3000 people in this living area. The most important characteristic feature of these buildings, the assembling of which is still continuing is that they are designed to be permenant buildings not temporary buildings. The buildings’ static calculations have been made taking into consideration such facts that there are difficult climatic conditions such as storms, sand storms, etc. So the buildings have been elaborated and detailed accordingly. In these 45 buildings, A-1 class fire- proof fiber cement and specially designed light steel technology have been used.
By virtue of these special projects which we have developed and realized as a result of our 27 years of work experience in this field, we have become the most preferred manufacturer of prefabricated houses, and in the near future, we are aiming at having new projects in Northern and Southern Iraq, where there is a high demand for our products.
