The static calculations of the two-story villa in Abu Dhabi the manufacturing and installation of which has been realized by Prefabrik Yapý A.Þ. were made in accordance with geographical conditions of the location where it was installed, and was designed according to the relevant standards and regulations. On the façade of the villa fiber cement (cement plates with cellulose fiber) was used only as a covering material. The material which was cut in accordance with the required dimensions and forms was placed on the steel carcass which was prepared beforehand with a method of placing at the site of installment.
